A personal development program offered to employers and organizations

The goal of the Investment in Excellence program is to teach people within organizations to:

Investment in Excellence is a 5 day seminar conducted at Community Action or on-site in 2 phases. The program includes:

Phase I: 3 days, 8:30-4:00;
Phase I 4 week Audio Assimilation program (done by participants on their own);
Phase I three hour group implementation seminar (to ensure understanding and application of concepts);
Phase II: 2 days, 8:30-4:00;
Phase II 2 week Audio Assimilation program (done by participants on their own);
Phase II three hour group implementation seminar.

Each participant receives a case that contains:

2 Personal Resource Manuals;
2 Audio Assimilation Guides;
12 audio tapes;
Sample affirmations and extra handouts;
Coffee and snacks.

Curriculum

Manage change;
Set and achieve goals;
Lead more effectively;
Think in ways that create success.
