A personal development program offered by Community Action for Wyoming County.

STEPS to Excellence for Personal Success is a 3 day seminar loaded with educational and entertaining information and activities. It is held at Community Action or on-site. STEPS is offered to eligible participants, human service agencies, and the general public.

STEPS is held the 3^rd full week of every month, M-W, 9-4 at Community Action. STEPS is available over 3 consecutive Saturdays for people who are not able to attend during the week.

A follow-through program is also available to STEPS graduates. Each week, participants meet to discuss further use of concepts and share information regarding their growth.

Cost: $179.95

Eligible participants may qualify for financial assistance through the Workforce Investment Act.

Also includes:

* Two group follow-through sessions scheduled after completion of STEPS;

* 156 page STEPS manual packed full of practical and interesting information;

* Audio tapes for an excellent assimilation program that ensure continued use of the program’s concepts;

* Sample affirmations, handouts, in-class activities that demonstrate the concepts;

* Snacks and coffee.
