Home Buyer Program

The objective of the Homebuyer Program is to enhance the ability of moderate to low-income families to become homeowners.  Through Homebuyer Education classes, participants will learn valuable tools in the home buying process.    

Purchase Acquisition/Rehab Grants, when available, can be used for moderate rehabilitation, closing fees, and or principal reduction in the home purchase process.
